General terms and conditions of business and cancellation:
1. Introductory provisions
These general terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the accommodation facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodator") and the accommodated guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest"). By reserving accommodation, the Guest confirms that he has read these terms and conditions and fully agrees with them.
2. Payment and cancellation conditions
Booking binding: The reservation becomes binding at the moment of its payment by the Guest.
Cancellation conditions: Any paid reservation is immediately considered final after payment and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation of the reservation by the Guest at any time after payment is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation price. In such a case, the Guest is not entitled to a refund, financial compensation or change of date.
The same cancellation fee (100%) applies even if the Guest does not arrive on the day of arrival or terminates the accommodation early.
3. No parties and celebrations
The accommodation facility is intended exclusively for relaxation and standard recreational or business accommodation.
Parties, celebrations, noisy gatherings and stag/hen parties are prohibited throughout the property and on its grounds.
Violation of this prohibition entitles the Accommodation Provider to immediately terminate the accommodation without any financial compensation. In such a case, the Guest is obliged to leave the property immediately.
4. No pets (animals)
No animals (including dogs, cats and other pets) are permitted throughout the property.
If the Guest violates this rule, the Accommodation Provider has the right to cancel the accommodation without compensation. The Guest is also responsible for all damages and costs associated with the subsequent special cleaning of the premises.
5. Guest rights and obligations
The Guest is obliged to observe night silence (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and behave in a way that does not disturb the surroundings.
The Guest is fully responsible for damage to the Accommodation Provider's property caused by him or by persons using the property with him. He is obliged to pay for the damage before departure.
